Concept of a Cleanroom

1. A designed space where airborne particulates, harmful gases, bacteria, and other pollutants are removed, while temperature, cleanliness, pressure, airflow velocity and distribution, noise and vibration, lighting, and static electricity are controlled within specified limits.

2. Regardless of changes in external air conditions, the room maintains the previously set functional characteristics such as cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure.

3. Currently, cleanrooms are widely used in numerous industries including electronics, semiconductors, optoelectronics, precision manufacturing, healthcare, biotechnology, aerospace, and automotive painting. The cleanliness levels vary significantly depending on the precision and dust-free requirements of each industry.
